POLICIES
- ACCEPTANCE
- By placing an order with Performance American Style the
purchaser expressly consents to all terms and conditions contained
herein and upon Performance American Style for the provision of the
material ordered, these terms and conditions shall form a contract
between the parties.
- PRICING
- All reasonable effort is used to have accurate published
prices. However due to manufacturer/supplier price changes , ALL of our
prices are subject to change without notice.
- ORDERING
- Performance American Style accepts orders by Telephone,
Telegraph, Mail, E-Mail, and Fax. All effort to supply us with correct
shipping information, billing information, & contact infomation is
incumbent on the purchaser. All orders will be paid in full before being
processed.
- SHIPPING
- All orders are priced with U.S. Mail delivery unless otherwise
specified. We can ship via UPS, FEDEX, or Truck Freight. If the
purchaser requires special shipping he/she must inform Performance
American Style and prepay all additional shipping fees. Performance
American Style ships world wide, the following are the shipping/price
guidelines.
- *When placing your order online you must specify, Parcel Post[surface],
Priority[airmail], or Express[overnight] service... or e-mail any
special shipping needs research the costs. Be advised, in some
situations, i.e., location and time of day order is placed, OVERNIGHT
service might take two days to reach it's destination.
- U.S.A. policies: Many or our parts are priced with shipping included,
some however do have shipping fees. When ordering online toward the
bottom of the order form is where you chose shipping method. If your
order shows 0.00 shipping fees, then that means there are no additional
fees for shipping of that product Parcel Post or in some cases Priority
Mail. Most items have both Parcel & Priority shipping prices published.
EXPRESS/OVERNIGHT prices are not published and must be
established prior to order being processed.
- International policies: All international orders will have extra
shipping fees. In most every case we will ship via U.S. Mail. We will
ship Surface, Air Mail, & Express Mail. We favor U.S. Mail for
internation shipping because there is never any added on fees to have
the product brought thru customs as is the case with most shippers. We
will ship international orders thru UPS & FEDEX on Special
Requests. Shipping fees charged will be exact shipping/insurance fees
with no added service charges.
- REFUSED SHIPMENT
- All expenses resulting from a Refused Shipment of an
order will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser. A
CREDIT (NOT A REFUND) will be issued for the remaining funds
from the order MINUS 15% restocking fee and 100% of shipping charges.
- DAMAGED SHIPMENT
- Report any damage to your shipment directly to the
carrier AND notify Performance American Style so the claim process
can begin. Damaged shipment must be reported to Performance American
Style within 10 days of receiving damaged goods.Damaged goods will be
replaced or refunded at the discretion of Performance American Style.
- PAYMENT
- Performance American Style accepts U.S. Currency, Company
Checks, Personal Checks, Money Orders, Visa, and, Mastercard as payments
for goods and services provided. All sales involving International
credit/debit cards may be subject to certain fees IF the institution
providing the exchange of funds charges Performance American Style. All
checks and cards will be verified as authentic before processing the order.
- RETURNS
- ALL Returns MUST have prior approval from Performance American
Style. All returns must be have a Return Authorization Code RGA number
that the Purchaser receives from Performance American Style. ALL parts
returned must be in NEW condition, not used or installed. Acceptable
Returns may receive 100% refund. All requests to return goods to
Performance American Style MUST be made within 10 days of receiving
goods. ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM ORDER PARTS!!!!!!!
- REFUNDS
- If in the event of our business a Refund is needed we will
refund those funds via Company Check, or return of the funds thru your
Credit/Debit card provider. Any time delays on Credit/Debit returns thru
the card service company IS NOT in the control of Performance American Style.
- BACK ORDERS
- Performance American Style strives to ship orders
complete. At times we must ''back order'' something from an order. Those
items will be shipped as soon as they are available to be shipped. If
Back Orders are not acceptable, please state so when you place your order.
